    [0001] The invention relates to electronic boxes and more particularly the attachment of such a housing, especially on vehicles.
    [0002] The electronic boxes are fixed by a mechanical interface on a support. These fasteners are made using screws, clips or staples. These boxes are specifically designed for a vehicle. When developing a new vehicle, it is often necessary to design a new box, which involves development costs and increases the diversity of parts used to make a range of vehicles. The design of a new piece also typically involves developing new tools to make that piece. This also contributes to increasing the cost price of this piece. Document FR2996885 discloses an injected plastic housing for an air conditioning control panel, comprising removable fixing means. Nothing is planned to facilitate the reuse of this box on another vehicle. There is therefore a need for a more modular housing and easier to use on different vehicles.
    [0003] The invention therefore aims to overcome the aforementioned drawbacks and to make the electronic boxes more flexible. It proposes more specifically for this purpose a protective electronic card housing having a first face having an opening adapted to receive a connector of said electronic card, characterized in that it further comprises a second face comprising a first type of means of fixation, in that it further comprises a third face comprising a second type of fastening means. By proposing different mechanical interfaces on different faces, the invention makes it possible to facilitate the reuse of the boxes. Renewal of a box is possible on several different vehicles without designing new interfaces.
    [0004] The invention therefore makes it possible to save costs by avoiding a redevelopment of a new part. Advantageously, the protective case being of parallelepipedal shape, said third face is opposite to the second face. In this way, it is possible to exploit the two largest faces of a rectangular parallelepiped, to place fixing means therein. Advantageously, the protective case according to the invention further comprises a fourth face comprising a third type of fastening means. This feature makes it even easier to reuse the box. Advantageously, the protective case according to the invention is made of plastic. Advantageously, the protective case according to the invention is made by molding.
    [0005] This feature makes it possible to use a single plastic injection mold to manufacture housings that can be used on different vehicles having different fixing interfaces. Advantageously, the fastening means are chosen from, rails, clips, pins having a hole.

    [0007] Referring to Figures 1 and 2, the protective housing 10 of the electronic card is parallelepiped shaped and has six faces. A first face 11 of the housing 10 has a location 30 for receiving a connector of the electronic card.
    [0008] This slot 30 has a through hole for accessing the connector. The location 30 also has a flange around the hole in the first face 11. The walls, orthogonal to the first face 11, protect the connector. The housing 10 further comprises a second face 12 having a first type of fastening means 21. In this example, the first fastening means comprises a first and a second lug 21, the first fastening means also comprises a tongue 21 ' provided with a hole for cooperating with a screw or staple. The housing 10 also comprises a third face 13 comprising a second type of fastening means 22. The third face is the face opposite to the second face 12. Advantageously, when the invention is limited to two fixing means, these fasteners are arranged on two opposite sides. Advantageously, the two faces having the largest surface.
    [0009] In this example, the second fastening means 23 is a rail intended to cooperate with a slide of complementary shape. The rail is disposed on an adjacent face of the first face 11 (the latter including an opening 30 for the connector). The rail is oriented so as to easily connect and disconnect the connector of the card by sliding the housing 10. The protective housing further comprises a fourth face 14 having a third type of attachment means 23. The third type of means The lugs 23 are provided with holes intended to cooperate with screws or staples. The protective case 10 according to the invention is made of plastic. More specifically, the protective box 10 is made by molding. The use of this method allows to use a single mold that provides a housing that can be fixed in different ways, and therefore adaptable to different vehicles.
